Hi, I'm Josh.

I'm an HR Director with 15 years in the field — supporting multiple global client groups across industries spanning tech, retail, professional services, and SaaS. The day job covers org design, spans & layers, talent management, change management, and the kind of complex employee situations you can't exactly Google your way out of.


About 18 months ago I started treating AI as a genuine thought partner — not for drafting generic emails, but for actual strategic HR work. I built meeting intelligence systems, org design analyzers, talent dashboards, onboarding frameworks. Stuff that used to take me weeks started taking hours.
